Membership requirements

  • The application must be completely filled out and accompanied with all required signatures and a photo of the company's representative.

     

  • (2) Photos and a copy of the representative's (General Manager, President, etc.) personal identity document.

     

  • Copy of Rif and Nit.

     

  • The company's balance.

     

  • It is required to attach a copy of the company's founding document, including its most recent reforms and nominations.

     

  • The following conditions have been established with respect to sponsors' signatures:
    - Letters of recommendation must be attached and on company letterhead.

    - Direct family members are not accepted as sponsors.

    - Only company representatives registered in the Venamcham database will be accepted as sponsors.

    - Bank references are not considered sponsorship letters.

    - False data invalidates the membership application.

    - PLEASE list both the mailing address and the official address, clearly identifying which is which.

    - If you need a service order from billing, please contact the Credit and Collections Department.



Membership will become valid upon making the first membership-fee payment. Once affiliated with the Chamber, the company can only renounce membership in writing, indicating their motive for leaving. Until this communication is received, affiliated companies continue to be responsible for payment.
